Lead Co/laborative aims to transition into a new role in Puerto Rico’s educational ecosystem as a convener and driver for systems change. To achieve local transformational change centered on communities, Lead proposes to develop and launch an Advocacy Lab that will promote equitable and transparent policy implementation. 

The program will build the capacity of our school leaders as agents of change and advocates with an influential voice. Lead Collaborative will serve as the convener and partner as participants engage in skills development and training sessions, develop action plans and present or participate in speaking engagements.
